At AUREUM, we begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please request cancellation within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order, email us at help.aureum@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may still request a return or exchange once it’s delivered, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Important Notes:

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.
• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
